A Tradition That Still Rules




The tradition of wearing a bridal veil is quite old. Initially a bride used to wear a veil to signify that she was under the full protection of her groom. According to some beliefs, it also symbolized a wife's submission to her husband.





As per the old wedding customs, the groom was not supposed to see the bride before the ceremony.
